I love Mexican food, long walks on the beach, & anything with a lime in it.
I have a background in clinical laboratory science but am now a stay-at-home mom and business partner.
Turns out I am also defloured… ha. That’s my punny way of saying I have celiac disease. You can read more about my celiac disease story here. Thanks to that pesky gluten, all of the recipes here on the blog are gluten-free! My hope is that by sharing my journey and my recipes, I can help you feel a little less lonely when dealing with such a lonely disease. Together we can make delicious food! Who needs gluten anyway? Right?!
