Buckwheat banana bread is wonderfully nutty and equally healthy! This naturally gluten-free recipe is so easy to make in just one bowl.



Step 1:

Whisk together the dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients and stir to combine.

Add walnuts, if desired.

Step 4:

Stir until well combined.

Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Top with more walnuts and sliced banana, if desired.
