Blend in dry ingredients.

Step 3:

Whisk egg whites until frothy.

Step 4:

Roll dough in egg whites.

Step 5:

Roll in coconut.

Make an indent with your thumb.

Step 7:

Bake and cool the cookies.

Step 8:

Prepare the icing and tint it green!

Step 9:

Pipe grass with a #233 tip.

Step 10:

Top with a Cadbury mini egg.
