Gluten-Free Gravy

Quick and Easy! No expensive packets!

Making gluten-free gravy is actually quite simple! It only takes about 15 minutes and requires 3 main ingredients! Perfect for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

Broth

Butter

Sweet Rice Flour

Step 1:

Melt the butter (or drippings) in a pan. Whisk in the sweet rice flour. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2:

Add a splash of broth, stock whisk until incorporated.

Step 3:

Continue to add remaining broth and whisk.

Step 4:

Simmer on low, whisking occasionally, until the gravy thickens. About 15 minutes. Taste and season as desired with more salt & pepper and/or herbs.
