Easy, 30 Minute Recipe!
Make this flavorful soup from scratch in about 30 minutes with just a few simple ingredients. It's even better than Panera Bread!
Sauté onions and carrots in butter until soft.
Add sweet rice flour and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in vegetable or chicken broth.
Add in broccoli and water.
Simmer until broccoli is tender. About 15 minutes.
Us an immersion blender to puree soup, leaving some larger pieces of broccoli if desired.
Stir in cheddar cheese.
Stir in cream.
