Gluten-Free Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Make this flavorful soup from scratch in about 30 minutes with just a few simple ingredients. It's even better than Panera!


Step 1:

Sauté onions and carrots in butter until soft.

Step 2:

Add sweet rice flour and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3:

Stir in vegetable or chicken broth.

Step 4:

Add in broccoli and water.

Step 5:

Simmer until broccoli is tender. About 15 minutes.

Step 6:

Us an immersion blender to puree soup, leaving some larger pieces of broccoli if desired.

Step 7:

Stir in cheddar cheese.

Step 8:

Stir in cream.
