gluten- free broccoli cheddar  soup

...like panera!

here's what you need:

butter onion, carrots, garlic, broccoli florets  sweet rice flour vegetable or chicken stock half & half cheddar cheese

Saute the onions, carrots, and garlic in the butter until tender.

STEP 1:

STEP 2:

Sprinkle in rice flour. Cook for about 1-2 minutes. Stir in broth.

Add in broccoli. 

STEP 3:

STEP 4:

Simmer until broccoli is tender. 10-15 minutes.

STEP 5:

Remove from heat and stir in cheese and milk.

THAT'S IT!

Serve immediately or keep warm over low heat.
