Gluten Free Cheese Curds - Air Fry or Deep Fry

Homemade gluten-free cheese curds battered and fried until golden and crunchy, just like Culver's! Easy to make appetizer can be deep fried or air fried. Fun for the Super Bowl or for anytime!

Ingredients

Step 1:

Dust cheese curds with gluten free flour.

Step 2:

Dip cheese curds in batter to coat.

Step 3:

Roll cheese curd in breadcrumbs.

Step 4:

Let cheese curds rest at least 30 minutes.

Step 5:

Fry in deep fryer or air fryer until golden brown.

Step 6:

Remove from fryer when golden and before cheese oozes out.

Enjoy immediately while still warm. Dip in your favorite sauces like ranch or marinara.

Cheese curds can be frozen as well! Save leftovers and reheat in air fryer.
