Gluten Free Chicken Noodle Casserole

Everyone will be a fan of this creamy and cheesy gluten free chicken noodle casserole! This easy to make casserole is loaded with veggies and pasta. Great use for leftover chicken or turkey!


Gluten-free Pasta Onion Carrots Celery Red Bell Pepper Italian Seasoning Sweet Rice Flour Chicken Broth Half & Half Chicken Cheddar Jack Cheese Frozen Peas Gluten-free Panko Breadcrumbs

Step 1:

Cook pasta.

Step 2:

Sautée veggies in pan.

Step 3:

Sprinkle in sweet rice flour and cook 2 minutes.

Step 4:

Add chicken broth, simmer until thickened.

Step 5:

Stir in cream, chicken, peas, bell pepper, and cheese.

Step 6:

Stir in cooked pasta.

Step 7:

Pour in casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs and bake.
