Gluten-Free Chicken Tenders

Homemade gluten-free chicken tenders are crunchy and delicious! Not only are they easy to make but you can make a big batch and freeze some for later.  Fry, bake, or even air-fry!

Ingredients

1. Chicken Tenders 2. GF Flour 3. Egg 4. GF Breadcrumbs  5. Oil for Frying (optional)

Step 1:

Dip chicken tenders in flour.

Step 2:

Dip chicken tenders in egg.

Step 3:

Dip chicken tenders in breadcrumbs.

Step 4:

Let rest 30 minutes.

Step 5:

Cook according to your preferred method.
