Gluten-Free Cinnamon Rolls

Caputo fioreglut is the secret ingredient to this recipe!

First, mix the dough,. This is easy to do with a stand mixer, but can be done by hand as well.

Then gently roll the dough on a piece of floured parchment paper. You can let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes before rolling to reduce stickiness.

After filling, roll up the dough. The picture shows cutting with a knife, but dental floss is a much better choice! Place rolls in a pan.

Bake the rolls then top with cream cheese icing while the rolls are still warm.
