Potato Flour
Psyllium Husk
Brown Sugar
Instant Yeast
Butter
Salt
Milk
Egg
Caputo Fioreglut Gluten-Free Flour
Blend dry ingredients together. Then add warmed milk and other wet ingredients.
Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes. The dough should be thick and sticky.
Cover the dough and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide dough and gently form into 8 balls.
Cover and let rise again for an additional hour. They will not rise very much in this phase.
Brush with butter and bake.
