Cocoa Powder Gluten-free Flour BlendBaking Soda & Salt Egg Egg Yolk Brown Sugar Butter Vanilla Chocolate Chips
Whisk cocoa powder into melted butter.
This "blooms" the cocoa powder making the cookies ultra rich and chocolatey!
Blend in brown sugar.
Add in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Blend.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Then add chocolate chips!
Portion dough into 1 tablespoon size balls.
Pro-Tip! Press extra chocolate chips into the cookies before baking for picture perfect cookies!
Bake cookies, but don't overbake for chewy cookies!
