Crunchy homemade gluten free graham crackers are super easy to make and have such great flavor! Great for snacking or homemade graham cracker crusts.
Blend butter into dry ingredients with a pastry knife.
Stir in the honey and 1 tablespoon of water.
Add just enough water until the mixture forms a ball.
Roll dough out on floured parchment paper.
Measure and cut into squares.
Line up on baking sheet and poke holes. Follow baking instructions to double bake the crackers.
