These gluten-free hot cross buns are shockingly easy to make and equally delicious! They are fluffy and soft filled with warm spice and raisins. Topped with a sweet cross of icing.
Gluten free flour, Sugar, Instant yeast, Psyllium husk powder, Potato flour, Spices, Raisins, Butter, Powdered Sugar, Vanilla
Make the dough. It's very easy! Just dump and mix!
Blend in raisins.
Divide dough and roll into balls with greased hands. Or just use a large scoop!
Place dough in loaf pan and allow to rise for 1 hour.
Brush with butter and bake.
Let the rolls cool until just warm. Then top with a cross of icing.
