Thinly slice potatoes. Using a food processor makes it quick and easy!
Line up potatoes in greased casserole dish. Either like this or laid flat in layers!
Start the cream sauce. Sauté onions and garlic in butter.
Sprinkle in sweet rice flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
Gradually stir in milk and cream.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.
Spread cheese sauce evenly, getting it down in the nooks and crannies!
Bake until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown and bubbly!
