Gluten-free au gratin potatoes are elegant yet simple to make! A perfect side dish for Easter! Thinly sliced potatoes are smothered in a creamy cheese sauce and baked until golden and bubbly!

Step 1:

Thinly slice potatoes. Using a food processor makes it quick and easy!

Step 2:

Line up potatoes in greased casserole dish. Either like this or laid flat in layers!

Step 3:

Start the cream sauce. Sauté onions and garlic in butter.

Step 4:

Sprinkle in sweet rice flour. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5:

Gradually stir in milk and cream.

Step 6:

Remove from heat and stir in cheese.

Step 7:

Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.

Step 8:

Spread cheese sauce evenly, getting it down in the nooks and crannies!

Step 9:

Bake until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown and bubbly!
