Making gluten-free turkey gravy is actually quite simple! It only takes about 15 minutes and requires 3 main ingredients! Perfect for Thanksgiving!
Melt the butter or drippings in a pan. Whisk in the sweet rice flour. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add a splash of turkey stock whisk until incorporated.
Continue to add remaining broth and whisk.
Simmer on low, whisking occasionally, until the gravy thickens. About 15 minutes. Taste and season as desired with more salt & pepper and/or herbs.
