Here's what you need:

Greek yogurt Gluten-free Baking Mix (Optional) Bagel Seasonings

Blend the baking mix and yogurt together.

STEP 1:

Spoon into a greased donut pan. Pat down with wet fingers.

Sprinkle with favorite bagel seasonings, such as everything bagel seasoning, dehydrated onion, or cinnamon sugar! Lightly press seasonings on top.

STEP 3:

STEP 4:

Bake at 400°F for 17-20 minutes.

THAT'S IT!

Bagels are best eaten fresh but will keep for a couple days.  To reheat, slice and toast!
