Remove skins from peaches and slice.
Arrange peaches in baking dish over brown sugar and melted butter.
In a small bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, cornstarch, leavening, and salt.
Blend together butter, sugar, and eggs.
Start blending in some of the flour mixture.
Then blend in some of the milk.
Continue to blend in flour mixture alternately with the milk and blend until well combined.
Spread cake batter over peaches and bake.
