- Diced Potatoes, onions, celery, and carrots. - Chicken or Vegetable Broth -Heavy Cream -Salt & Pepper

Step 1:

Sauté the onions, carrots, and celery until soft.

Step 2:

Add in the potatoes and broth. Simmer until potatoes are soft.

Step 3:

Stir in cream.
