These gluten-free cinnamon rolls are the so delicious, soft and fluffy! Topped with tangy cream cheese frosting, these rolls are amazing!
Mix the dough. As simple as mixing the dry ingredients. Then blending in the wet ingredients!
Roll out the dough on floured parchment paper.
Spread with butter. Then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Roll up into a log shape.
Slice the log into 1 1/2 inch slices.
Place slices in a pan. Cover and allow to rise for 1 hour.
After the rolls have risen, it's time to bake!
While the rolls bake, make the icing. Frost the rolls while they are still warm.
