Here's what you need:
GREEK YOGURT 1:1 GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR BLEND BAKING POWDER
Whisk dry ingredients together. Then stir in yogurt to make a shaggy dough.
Knead dough together to make a smooth ball.
Divide dough into 6 balls. Roll out each one on a floured surface. Before cooking, brush one side with melted garlic butter.
Cook 3-5 min in covered skillet over med-low heat until golden brown and bubbly. Flip and cook the other side.
Uses: Sandwich wrap, naan bread, flour tortilla, pizza base, dipping, or just eat plain!
