Ingredients

gluten-free french baguettes
about 12 ounces, or other gluten-free bread of choice
½
cup
butter
softened
¼
cup
freshly grated parmesan cheese
1
Tablespoon
freshly minced garlic
about 3 cloves, or ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
dried Italian seasoning
or ½ Tablespoon each chopped fresh basil and oregano

teaspoon
dried parsley
or 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, stir together the softened butter, parmesan cheese, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of butter onto each slice of bread.
Place bread slices, butter side up, onto prepared baking pan.
Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until warm and golden brown around the edges.
