Whisk the dry au jus mix ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined.
To Make Au Jus
Place the dry au jus mix in a medium saucepan. Slowly add 3 cups of cold water and whisk until combined. Add butter or pan drippings and/or Worcestershire sauce, if desired.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, whisking frequently.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
Notes
Au Jus is traditionally a very thin sauce. For a thicker Au Jus gravy, reduce liquid to 1 ½-2 cups.
