¼cuponion or shallot, finely diced,or ½ teaspoon onion powder
1clove garlic,or ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
¼cupsour cream
½ teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoon black pepper
¼teaspoon cumin
Instructions
Mash the avocado together with the juice of one lime.
Add in the remaining ingredients. Mash again to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate until serving.
Notes
Store leftover guacamole in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed directly on top of the guacamole to seal out air. Plastic-free alternative: spread a thin layer of sour cream on top, stir in the sour cream before serving.
