Ingredients
½
cup
neutral oil
olive, avocado, or canola etc.
¼
cup
tamari sauce
or liquid aminios, coconut aminos for soy free
¼
cup
Worcestershire sauce
check labels for gluten-free
¼
cup
lemon juice
1
tablespoon
minced garlic
3-4 cloves
1
tablespoon
Italian seasoning
1
teaspoon
black pepper
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
¼
teaspoon
red pepper flakes

bunch
fresh herbs
such as flat leaf parsley, rosemary, and/or thyme (optional)

beef steak
ribeye, New York strip, flank, skirt, chuck, etc.
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients, except for fresh herbs.
Place steaks in shallow dish or zip top bag.
Pour the marinade over the steaks. Add in freshly torn herbs.
Allow steaks to marinate at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours or so.
Cook steaks to desired temperature using the best method for the type of cut.
