Instructions
Ranch Dip
Add sour cream, buttermilk powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, shallot, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to a small bowl.
Stir until well combined.
Ranch Dressing
To make dressing, stir a small amount of heavy cream into the dip mixture until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Buttermilk powder can be found in the baking aisle.
Feel free to adjust seasoning amounts to your desired tastes.
Store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
Substitutions:
Buttermilk powder: 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Shallot:
1 teaspoon dried minced onion or onion powder
Garlic: ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Herbs: 1 teaspoon dried dill weed, 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon dried chives
